At Forge Kingdom, we keep operational data to run the browser game and support your account. This page summarizes what we hold and how to request deletion or other privacy requests.

1. What we typically store

  • Account: email (if provided), username, internal user ID, and language preference
  • Gameplay: settlements, troops, alliances, messages, and reports tied to your account
  • Technical and security: logs needed for abuse prevention, support, and reliability
  • Optional tools: analytics data only if you enable analytics cookies on the GDPR page
  • Purchases: Battle Pass order metadata (product, amount, currency, status, Stripe session reference). Card numbers are held by Stripe, not on our servers

2. How to request account and data deletion

You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal data. Deletion is permanent for game progress tied to that account, subject to limited legal or security retention.

  1. Open a support ticket and choose the category "Data deletion / privacy request".
  2. Provide your account email, in-game username, and the game world you play on.
  3. We may ask for a verification step to confirm you own the account.
  4. We aim to respond within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.

Logged-in players can also delete their account instantly on the GDPR page (password confirmation required) or manage settings on the Account page.

When you delete your account, Battle Pass progress is removed and purchase records are anonymized (disconnected from your player ID) while non-identifying order metadata may be retained for accounting and fraud prevention.

4. Access, correction, portability

You may request a copy or correction of personal data we hold, or portability where applicable. Regional laws such as GDPR may give you additional rights.

5. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. Report suspected unauthorized access through support.
