Welcome to Forge Kingdom, operated by Illyricum Studio. These Terms govern your use of our website, game worlds, and related services (the "Game"). By using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Game.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to play. In the EU/EEA, you must be at least 16, or have verifiable parental consent if your country allows a lower age between 13 and 16. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • Notify us promptly of unauthorized account use.
  • Maintain only one account per person unless we explicitly allow otherwise.

3. Fair play

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Cheats, bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behaviour toward other players
  • Account sharing, selling, or real-money trading of accounts or in-game advantages

4. Virtual items and paid Battle Pass

In-game resources, buildings, troops, and progress are virtual and have no real-world cash value except where we explicitly offer paid products. The optional Battle Pass premium track and tier boosts may be purchased for real money through Stripe Checkout.

  • Prices may be shown in your local currency via Stripe Adaptive Pricing; settlement to us is in USD unless we state otherwise.
  • Paid Battle Pass benefits apply to the current season on the world where you purchased unless we state otherwise. Chargebacks or payment fraud may result in reversal of premium access.
  • Except where mandatory consumer law requires a refund, digital purchases are final once premium rewards have been delivered or the season benefit has been activated.

5. Intellectual property

Game content, software, art, and mechanics are owned by Illyricum Studio or licensors and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to play the Game.

6. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Safety.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. Upon termination, access to virtual progress may be lost without compensation.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Illyricum Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive authority over disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
