Welcome to Forge Kingdom. This policy describes how Illyricum Studio ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website, game worlds, and related services.

We limit collection to what we need to operate the game and support your account.

  • Account and profile: email address, username, internal account identifiers, language preference, and password data stored only in hashed form.
  • Gameplay data: settlements, troops, alliances, messages, rankings, and other operational data required for the strategy game.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser version, device type, language, timestamps, and security logs used for abuse prevention.
  • Support communications: information you send through support tickets or contact forms.
  • Purchases (Battle Pass): product purchased, price, currency, order status, and a Stripe checkout reference. Card and bank details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment credentials on our servers.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

4. Legal basis

Depending on the processing activity, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (running your account and the game); legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, and service improvement); and your consent (optional cookies). Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, or dispute resolution purposes. Anonymized purchase records may be kept after account deletion where required for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

12. International transfers

We may process data in countries where we or our providers operate, including payment processing by Stripe. We use safeguards as required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses where relevant.
