Data we store

Account email, player name, faction and settlement data, messages, reports, and technical logs needed to operate the game. Card and bank details are processed by Stripe; we store Battle Pass order metadata (product, amount, currency, status) but not full payment credentials.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data at any time. Signed-in users can permanently delete their account below; Battle Pass progress is removed and purchase records are anonymized. You can also contact support with your registered email address.

Permanently delete your portal account, all game characters, and associated personal data. Battle Pass progress is deleted; anonymized purchase metadata may be retained for accounting. This cannot be undone.
